Really really enjoyed this stay. Everything is so clean and well thought of in its design. Large squirt pumps in the bathroom for ample soap and lotion usage. No more little bottles good for one use. So many outlets everywhere. Breakfast is honestly really nice and they have a 24 hr snack desk with too many options to list (including beer). Staff was wonderful morning and night. By far best in between stay hotel I’ve had. Lots of work spaces in the lobby if you need to do work or school which I very much utilized and appreciated. It’s honestly the best one in town. We stayed in another one on our way down to our vacation and was no where as clean or nice as this one.

I stay here frequently when I am visiting for work. The hotel is always clean and the staff is always so helpful and kind. They serve a nice breakfast in the morning with a variety of options. They always have a pool table and games to play in the lobby area.

Quick overnight stay. The positives are super clean rooms and incredibly great evening workers. They offer you a list of restaurants at check-in, which is fantastic if, like me, you are just passing through. Bob checked us in and gave me great food advice. We enjoyed watching some football and having a few beverages in the common area. The negative came in the morning. Lots of barking dogs in the lobby and hall ways. The previous great staff was gone. In their place was alot of attitude. One lady in a uniform was working breakfast. Two people in sweatpants were doing whatever. I watched as several people tried to check out. No one at the counter, so they finally gave up, left their keys, and walked out. There was a child there with one of the workers that just kept walking behind the counter by himself who knew where the adult was. Overall great experience just do not expect much in the morning!

We checked in with the most unpleasant man who acted as if it was a real bother we were there. As a Diamond member, I try to primarily stay at Hilton brand hotels whenever possible. I always check what specific offers I get at a hotel and at this one it was a snack and water, neither of which I received. I later came back down to ask about it and he begrudgingly handed me two bottles of water. The next morning, Scott was working and had the most amazing, chipper attitude and I loved watching him interact with all the guests as I ate breakfast. He is the epitome of a Hilton representative! The gym was amazing, one of the best I've seen. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Nothing is within walking distance so after a 10 hour car ride, we had to load back up to get some dinner.

Stayed one night while on the road. Decent enough hotel for the money. However, woke up at 6am and discovered no hot water. Called front desk and was told that hotel was crowded so, well, tough luck. I do get the hotel was crowded, but I do think it is reasonable that in exchange for my money I get hot water. Seems odd that a pretty new hotel lacks such infrastructure to produce enough hot water. At least the front desk person, a different one, at checkout was apologetic and gave us a partial refund. So if you see that the hotel is crowded, just be aware you may be taking an unexpected cold shower.

I stayed at this location twice on my way to and from Myrtle Beach with some girlfriends. I love the ease of check in on the app as well as accessing the key. The rooms are clean. The beds are comfy. Requesting a room location is super easy as we had a member of our party with walking restrictions. In general the only issue I had was accessing the pool. The electronic key on the app did not open the door. I have had this issue at other locations, so it has to be a system issue. I have four stars on service: Checkout morning, the batch of associates were not friendly and not approachable.Probably just a one-off, but you know.
